1. What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and what you bought. Payment card details go to our payment processor; we never see or store the full card number. When you call, email, or fill out a form, we keep what you sent us so we can answer. The site also records ordinary technical information (pages visited, browser, rough location from your IP address) through our hosting and analytics.

2. What we do with it

We use your information to fill orders, answer questions, run the store, and, if you ask for it, tell you about events and specials. We don't sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the site and ship orders (payment processing, shipping carriers, hosting, email), and when the law requires.

3. Firearm transactions

Records for firearm sales and transfers are kept in the store as federal and state law requires, on the forms the law requires, for as long as the law requires. Those records are not part of this website and are not shared except as the law requires.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The site uses cookies for the shopping cart and basic analytics so we can see which pages get used. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart may not work without them.

We also use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells us when someone who saw one of our ads visits the site, looks at a product, or places an order, so we know whether the ads are worth the money. Meta may set its own cookies and match your visit to your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's own privacy policy. We never send Meta your card number, and we don't send anything about firearm transactions. If you would rather not be counted, use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, or change your ad settings inside Facebook or Instagram.

5. Email and texts

If you sign up for updates you can unsubscribe with the link in any email or by telling us to stop. We don't text you unless you asked us to.

6. Kids

The site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what the law doesn't require us to keep. Call 304-404-4867 or write to salesmd@2agna.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and a payment processor that handles card data for us. No system is perfect, and we can't guarantee against every risk.

9. Changes

We can update this policy. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
